Our Vision for Science:
We want children to have an appreciation and healthy curiosity of the world around them. We aim for the children to have a good knowledge and conceptual understanding through biology, chemistry and physics. We have designed a curriculum which encompasses the acquisition of knowledge, concepts, skills and positive attitudes to allow the children to be aspirational. It is a curriculum that develops working scientifically, scientific enquiry skills to be resilient to the unknown. We want them to understand the uses and implications of Science, today and for the future. Along with the foundations for a range of diverse and valuable careers that are crucial for economic, environmental and social development.
